During onboarding we thoroughly evaluate your environment, concerns and engineer a technology strategy. Together, we take your business from where it is to where it needs to be. From that point forward we proactively manage assets to stop issues before they start with 24/7 monitoring. We know everything from when network equipment reports errors to when hard disks are almost full. This reduces the likelihood of surprise issues.
We are strongly incentivized to make sure issues do not occur as much as possible. This is what separates us from IT providers who provide services on a break/fix basis; they have no interest in fixing issues that limit their future revenues. Our managed IT offering is competitively priced; this arrangement only works for the both of us if we keep you running smoothly.
